Aluminium products Vjačka are made of profile system Hueck Hartmann.
Aluminium series comply with the most demanding standards from both the architectural and technical point of view. Lean aluminium profiles, the width of the profile range and their precision, large area glazing and high quality surface finish are the main elements of windows, doors, facades and partitions.

Profiles according to thermal insulation qualities

Thermally insulated profiles

The SYSTHERM 72 E combines safe functionality and modern esthetics. An innovative three-chamber bonded system provides insulation of Uf = 0,98 - 1,68 W/m²K at a profile depth of only 72 mm. The slender elevation widths of the profiles allow a lot of space for glass and light. While window profiles have polyamide or polyethylene inserts to prevent heat leaks, facade systems use polyethylene only.

Profiles without interupted cold bridge

These series are used for interior doors, windows, window hinges and transparent partitions. Profiles are mainly single-chambered, glassed with single or double glazing depending on need for noise damping.

Profile series for doors and windows

SYSTHERM 72 E

This thermaly insulated profile series provides both thermal comfort and esthetics. It can be used to produce windows and both entrance and patio doors. The insert windows and doors of the series 72 E can easily be integrated into the facades. It is a three-chamber profile of class 1.0, the depth of the frame is 72 mm and the depth of wing profile is 82 mm. Thermal bridge is made of polyamide reinforces with glass fibre. All common opening types can be realized: turn-tilt, tilt-turn, side-hung, bottom-hung, French, tilt-slide, rotary handle turn-tilt and top-hung projecting out.

Heat transfer coefficients:
windows - Uf = 1,4 - 2,2 W/m²K
doors - Uf = 2,0 - 2,2 W/m²K

SYSTHERM 62

Alternative solution for windows is the SYSTHERM 62 series. This series is favourable in price, can however be used only for entrance doors into unheated spaces. It is a two.chamber system in class 2.1 with profile depth of 62 mm, making it less thermally insulating with the coefficient U reaching Uf = 2,0 - 2,8 W/m²K.

E 2000 series

E 2000 series is a set of elements for production of interior partitions without requirements on thermal insulation. It is a one-chamber series with the profile depth of 44 mm.

Facade profile series

1.0 VF 50 RR

VF 50 RR is the most comonly used innovative facade concept with the transom-transom construction (same profile is used both for transom and mullion). In addition to the design possibilities, it also provides economical advantages such as short assembly times and a high degree of pre-fabrication. At the same time, a new sealing system provides best thermal insulation on concurrent reduction of assembly time. Two types if inserts can be used to reach coefficient of Uf = 1,08 - 2,1 W/m²K. The width of transom is 50 mm.

FASSADE 52 E

This facade series is used mainly for construction of indoor gardens where good drainage of condensed humidity is extremely important. This series can be well combined with window series SYSTHERM 72E.

1.0 VF 50

The facade system VF 50 with its mullion-transom construction enables to choose from numerous profile variants and special design profiles. So there are no limits to creativity. Vertical facades, domes and sloping roofs of unique quality are presented in a modern and extravagant way. Face width of transom and mullion is 50 mm and the frame heat transfer coefficient Uf = 1,03 - 2,1 W/m²K.

1.0 VF 60

The system VF 60 by Hueck Hartmann is the connection of functionality and esthetic variety. It is a facade system meeting the requirements of architects and planners in a thermally insulated mullion-transom construction with an elevation width of 60 mm. Slender in elevation, more flexible design possibilities arise thanks to especially large axis distances. It is used mainly for vertical facades and sloping roofs. The heat transfer coefficient reaches Uf = 0,98 - 2,3 W/m²K.
